Returns & Refunds Policy (Print-on-Demand) — Fortuna Forture
Overview
All products are made to order. Each item is produced specifically for you after purchase. Because of this production model, we do not offer standard retail-style returns.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the wrong item (wrong product, size, or design)
- There is a clear print or production error
Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind or unwanted items
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer (please refer to the size guide before purchasing)
- Minor variations in color, placement, or print due to the production process
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
Return Window
If your order qualifies for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Self-Serve Returns
If available, you may initiate a return through your customer account.
All requests are reviewed based on eligibility criteria. Approval is required before any refund or replacement is issued.
Resolution Options (if approved)
Approved cases may be resolved with:
- A replacement product
- A refund
Return Shipping
- If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover return-related costs.
- In all other approved cases, return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer.
Production Notes
As all items are made to order, minor variations in color, print placement, or texture are normal and part of the production process. These are not considered defects.
