All items are produced on demand. Each piece is created individually after purchase and is not held in stock.

Product visuals are intended to represent the design as accurately as possible, but minor variations in color, placement, and finish may occur due to production processes and display differences.

2. Orders & Fulfillment

Orders are processed and fulfilled through third-party production and logistics partners.

Production and delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, production load, and shipping conditions.

Fortuna Forture is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or external fulfillment partners.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in the store currency at checkout.

Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice.

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. No payment details are stored by Fortuna Forture.

4. Shipping & Customs

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees depending on the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of all products, returns are only accepted in cases of:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received

All designs, artworks, branding, visuals, and content under Fortuna Forture are protected intellectual property.
