All products from Fortuna Forture are made to order and fulfilled through third-party production partners. This means each item is produced specifically after your purchase is confirmed.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before production begins.

Processing time may vary depending on product type, production load, and seasonal demand.


Production & Fulfillment

All items are produced on demand through global production partners, including print-on-demand facilities.

Once production is complete, your order is shipped directly from the nearest available facility to your delivery address.


Shipping Times (Estimates)

Shipping times vary by destination:

  • Sweden / EU: 3–7 business days after production
  • UK: 4–8 business days after production
  • USA / Canada: 4–10 business days after production
  • Asia (including Japan): 5–12 business days after production
  • Rest of world: 7–20 business days after production

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Destination country
  • Product type
  • Quantity and weight

Any applicable customs fees, import taxes, or local charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.


Delays

Fortuna Forture is not responsible for delays caused by external shipping providers or customs authorities.


Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout.

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier but not received, the customer must contact the carrier directly.

We will assist where possible, but Fortuna Forture is not responsible for stolen or lost packages after confirmed delivery.
